Conducting 1 to 1 training sessions with a proven track record of helping clients to achieve their weight loss & Fitness goals through detailed and Customize diet plans and aiming for sustainable healthy transformation and recovery from health issues.
Successfully Changed 50+ bodies and lifestyles since then. And that’s how founded my own small startup called “NJ EAT AND FIT ” Where we are helping newbies to kick-start their fitness journey and turning Fitness into fun.
