Proper Diet And Exercise Will Help In Weight control

We always do a lot of things to lose weight. There are many types of exercises starting from dieting. But in our busy life, due to this, diet is not followed regularly, which results in weight loss even after dieting and exercise. As a result, due to not dieting properly, we also face many losses such as pale skin, indigestion, hair loss.

What are the reasons for not losing weight even after diet and exercise? let’s find out:

1. Follow a very low-calorie diet – We follow the diet and reduce the amount of food we eat. We think that the less we eat, the less weight we will lose. But in the beginning, we will lose weight but after some time we will gain weight again. So we should always follow a diet so that the amount of calories we need is always right.

2. Wake up at night- Many of us have a habit of staying awake at night. If you want to lose weight, you must get 7-8 hours of sleep at night. When we sleep, it increases the hormonal flow of our body, which plays a very important role in weight loss. When sleep is less, our body wants more food. Then visceral fat increases and makes us gain more weight.

3. Not getting enough fiber and protein – Many of us start dieting on our own. In this case, often enough protein and fiber are left out of our diet. Adding protein and fiber-rich foods to our diet increases the capacity to lose weight. Because, to digest these nutrition foods, our body has to burn more calories, then see The desire to eat that amount also decreases.

4. Sudden Abandonment of Diet – When we do not lose weight even after eating less, we continue to be demotivated and suddenly increase the number of calories, which leads to further weight gain.

5. Excessive exercise – Many of us think that if we exercise more, we will lose weight faster. But, our idea is the opposite. We should exercise for at least 2-3 hours. Exercising more than this makes our body tired and then the body wants food. As a result, we eat more and we gain weight.

We need 30% calories per kg body weight. For example, if I weigh 80 kg, I need 1600 healthy calories per day (80 *30) to lose or maintain my ideal weight. So 80% diet 20% exercise is very important to reduce our weight.

Our body needs 20% exercise and 70% nutrition. It will reduce the fat that is Excess without any harm to our body. In that case, we have to pay more attention to the diet. But that doesn’t mean quitting.

Besides, you have to pay attention to 20% exercise. This process is scientifically and tested. Paying attention to 80% protein does not mean that we will always continue to eat food, but we also need to keep in mind that even if the amount of food we eat is a nutritious food.
