Before 2013, I was a corporate media person who was making enough money to support a luxurious lifestyle and travel around the world. However, despite having everything I was unhappy with my overweight and unhealthy body condition.

I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their weight loss and personal fitness goals through a personalized approach that includes customized training programs and nutritional counseling. My approach is holistic, taking into account not only physical fitness but also mental and emotional well-being.
